Mika Imai
Mika joined Symes Street & Millard as an associate in 2016. Before joining the firm, Mika worked at a large labour law firm. Mika practices in the areas of employment/labour, human rights, professional discipline and administrative law.
Mika received her law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School, and also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Development Studies from Trent University.
During law school, Mika participated in the intensive program in Poverty Law at Parkdale Community Legal Services in the Workers’ Rights Division. In her last year of law school, she was also the co-chair of the Osgoode Feminist Collective. Mika received the Dean’s Gold Key Award for outstanding contribution to the life of the law school.
